Dr Fadi Kotob
Director and Registered Migration Agent

Fadi is described by clients as an honest, professional, and reliable migration agent. He is detailed in exploring clients’ matters, prompt in recommending suitable options, honest when advising clients about the choices to pursue and not to pursue, and exceptional in following through tasks to completion. Prior to establishing Lionheart Migration, Fadi has built extensive expertise in industry, not for profits and the educational field which has earned him numerous prestigious awards from University of Wollongong, the Australian Red Cross and the Premier of NSW Premier.

Fadi has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Project Management and a PhD in Knowledge Management from University of Wollongong. Further, he has completed a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice from University of Technology, Sydney and has featured on the Dean’s merit list. He continues to be an educator in leading institutions such as University of Technology, Sydney where he mentors and trains prospective migration agents.

Charbel Azzi​
Legal Practitioner Director​

Charbel is described by clients as an approachable, confident and skilful lawyer. He is quick to ask the right questions, identify the key issues, and to then devise a legal strategy to achieve your desired outcome. Prior to co-establishing Lionheart Lawyers, Charbel was employed at top-tier law firm Clayton Utz, advising governments and multinational corporations.

Charbel understands that legal matters are often highly stressful for clients. With Charbel, you will be assisted by:

Charbel graduated with Honours in Commerce (with a major in each of Accounting, Finance and Economics) from the University of Sydney, and First-Class Honours in Law from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Nazih Touma​
Legal Practitioner Director​

Nazih Touma is described by clients as a highly intelligent, thorough and dedicated lawyer. Nazih prides himself on keeping up to date with the constant changes to the law and the latest cases in our courts. As a result, he is attuned to the history and development of the law which is essential to understand its proper interpretation and application to his client’s matters.

Prior to establishing Lionheart Lawyers, Nazih was employed by the Attorney-General’s Department as an assistant to judges of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Court of Appeal. Thereafter, Nazih was employed by leading national law firm, Tresscox Lawyers.

Drawing from his extensive experience, Nazih will assist you by:

  • taking a careful and detailed account of all your circumstances;
  • applying your matter to all relevant laws and cases;
  • providing honest advice to assist you in making the right decisions; and
    if necessary, vigorously representing you in court proceedings.

Nazih graduated with Honours in Law and Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
